Online ADHD Coaching

Online ADHD coaching is somewhat similar to to regular life coaching, in that it involves looking at what you want from life and tackling what's stopping you from getting there. Where it differs is the role of ADHD in the challenges you want to tackle is central in the coaching. ADHD coaching may also involve more strategy work than traditional life coaching e.g. when tackling challenges with organisation, time-management etc. 

 

We'll explore different ways of navigating ADHD-specific challenges and find what works for you. The idea of ADHD coaching isn't to "treat" it or make you act like a neurotypical person but to find out how you can find ways of doing things that work with your brain rather than against it.

 

In our first session, we'll define what you'd like to have achieved by the end of our coaching journey. You may have a really clear idea of what that is - on the other hand, you may just have a vague feeling, and we can use coaching to develop that into something more concrete.

 

At the start of each session, I'll ask you what you'd like to work on and then we'll get stuck in. Towards the end of the session, you'll decide on what you want to work on before our next session, what I usually refer to as "objectives". Our in-session breakthroughs will be just the beginning – sustained change will come from the work you put in day-to-day.

Sessions are an hour long and take place roughly every 2 weeks. The spacing of sessions is designed to give you time to work on your objectives, while the total duration of the coaching course will help you implement sustainable change.

As calls are conducted by video call, I can work with clients anywhere in the world - so long as we can get our time zones to work!

How to Work With Me

1 to 1 Life Coaching Online Video Call

Free Introductory Call

During this call, we'll talk about what's led you to consider coaching, why you're no longer happy with just an "ok" life and how I can help you with that. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions about my background or how I coach, as well for both of us to see if we're a good fit to work together. I'll also go over the different coaching options I offer (listed in Step 2 below).

Step 1

Online Life Coaching Meeting

Your Coaching Course

I offer 2 different coaching options depending on your need and circumstances. Monthly payment is available.

​

  • 8 x 1-hour online life coaching sessions over 4 months - £680​

​

  • 8 x 1-hour online life coaching sessions over 4 months with between session email coaching - £880

    • ​Email support in-between sessions lets us tackle any hurdles before our next session, keeping up momentum and providing accountability

Step 2

Online life coaching Video Meeting

Optional Booster Sessions

Once you've finished your initial course of coaching, I offer "top-up" or booster sessions. These are helpful for tapered support or occasional check-ins.

  • One-off check-in session @ £88 per session

  • Pack of 3 sessions, held monthly @ £250

  • Pack of 3 sessions plus email support @ £325
